What colours are NCR forms?

The colour of the original copy is white top copy, yellow 2nd part, pink 3rd part (if needed) and orange 4th part (if needed).

 

What DPI should I set my file at?

We recommend 300 DPI to 600 DPI. Most of our customers send us 300 DPI and are very happy with the quality. Anything over 600 DPI you probably won't see any quality difference but the file size will be much much larger. 72 DPI images, such as images taken from the internet do not print well!

 

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Orders can only be canceled before a proof is approved. After an approval, the order goes to production immediately and cannot be canceled.

 

My order is complex and can not calculate it using online system. What should I do?

What colour format should I use?

We recommend all images and graphics be saved as type CMYK. RGB images can be unpredictable when printing.
